All four start from extra virgin olive oil, with its healthy fats (monounsaturated, mostly oleic acid), and they're signed by AZADA, which started out in 2009 as Spain's leading specialty olive oil producer. It also happens to be a very easy gift to get right.

Flavoured Olive Oil Set

Flavouring oil is almost as old as oil itself: herbs, citrus and spices have been seasoning it for centuries in Mediterranean kitchens. The four oils in this set are made in Spain from extra virgin olive oil, which is obtained from the olive by mechanical means only, with no solvents and no refining. Each one contains 5% of its ingredient, basil, lemon, garlic or chilli, which is what gives it its character.
