Cracked cell wall: why it matters:

Chlorella's cell wall is so tough that the human body can't break it down on its own — meaning whole chlorella passes through your digestion without releasing nutrients. Ours comes with the cell wall mechanically cracked (no chemicals, no solvents), which multiplies the absorption of protein, chlorophyll and minerals. It's the difference between taking chlorella and actually using it.

Chlorella vs Spirulina — the million-euro question:

They don't compete, they complement each other. Spirulina has more protein (64 vs 55 g). Chlorella has more chlorophyll, more fibre and CGF. Plenty of people take them together — and it makes complete sense.

How to work it into your breakfast:

Half a teaspoon into a green smoothie with banana, spinach, lemon and plant milk. Stirred into yoghurt with granola and freeze-dried fruit. Into overnight oats with cocoa and almond butter (cocoa masks the vegetal flavour well). Or in a morning green shot with ginger and apple.
