Organic Olive Oil and Garlic

Garlic and olive oil were a couple long before anyone coined the word aioli. Here they meet at the mill: the olives and the garlic, both organically grown, are crushed together, so the oil comes out already carrying the garlic's flavour, with no added flavourings or essences. The garlic comes from Castilla-La Mancha and the oil from Spain.
