Bircher muesli was created around 1900 by Swiss physician Maximilian Bircher-Benner: soaked oats, grated apple and nuts. More than a hundred years later, the formula still works. Our porridge combines ingredients from EU and non-EU origin, most of them organically farmed: the gluten-free oats are rolled into flakes, the apple is dried into pieces and freeze-dried into powder, and everything is dry-blended with the chia, almonds and spices, ready for you to add liquid.
