Organic goji berries

Goji. Small, red and full of history.

Dried organic goji berries: slightly chewy, with a flavour somewhere between a raisin and a cranberry and a herbal edge all of their own. One ingredient, organically grown. No added sugars, no preservatives, no nonsense.

They've been part of traditional Chinese cooking for centuries and today they're a breakfast biohacking classic. They bring colour, texture and the fruit's natural polyphenols and carotenoids: zeaxanthin is behind that intense orange-red. A functional ingredient that makes any bowl a lot more interesting.

Organic goji berries

Goji has been grown in China for centuries, above all in the Ningxia region on the banks of the Yellow River. Our berries come from China and are organically grown. They grow on thorny shrubs (Lycium barbarum) and are picked by hand in summer, once they're properly red; they're so delicate that they bruise at the slightest touch, which is why almost all the world's goji is eaten dried. After harvest they're dried, traditionally in the sun or with warm air, until they look like little red raisins, ready for your bowl.
