Organic Olive Oil and Chilli

Chillies reached Europe from the Americas in the 16th century and within a few decades had found a place in kitchens all around the Mediterranean. Here they're crushed together with the olives at the mill, both organically grown, so the oil comes out already carrying their heat, with no capsaicin extracts or added flavourings. The chilli comes from Navarra and the oil from Spain.
