- Use Refrigeration if necessary: these seeds do not need to be refrigerated; storing it at room temperature is best. Use refrigerator only if outside temperature is high.

- Consume Within a Few weeks: For the best flavour and crunch, consume your seeds within a few weeks after opening, although it can last much longer if stored properly.
